The warranty information includes the following products:
- KIN S SM W01
- KIN S SM W02
- KIN S SM B01
Information
3 years from purchase date.
Production defect or failure resulting from intended use as specified in the user manual.
- Damage resulting from faulty installations including but not limited to bad wiring or bad power supplies. - Normal wear and tear. - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. - Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications. - Products that have been modified or altered in any way. - Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration. - Damage resulting from exposure to fire or water.
The Customer is responsible for using the product according to the instructions provided in the user manual.
Upon verification of the warranty claim, the KINDOO will, at its sole discretion: - Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts. - Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product. - Refund the purchase price of the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
