Kindoo works with user seats to better optimize your spaces
- User seats allow you to easily swap between users for free. When you revoke a user, the user seat is freed which allows you to invite a new user at no charge
- When inviting users, Kindoo allows you to add an expiry date to the user. This temporary user will be automatically revoked from your site by Kindoo once the expiry date is reached hence freeing a user seat
- User seats can be purchased in 2 ways: permanent user seats or subscription based monthly user seats
Types of Kindoo user seats
Permanently increase the capacity of your site by purchasing permanent user slots. Once you need to expand your site capacity, you can do it on the spot by purchasing additional permanent user slots. All users are easily interchangeable: once a user is removed from the site, they free capacity for another user without needing to purchase additional capacity
Rent user slots on a monthly basis and optimize your costs by adapting to traffic seasonality. With monthly user slots, you can expand or reduce your site capacity on the spot by modifying your subscription as needed anytime, anywhere. All users are easily interchangeable: once a user is removed from the site, they free capacity for another user without needing to purchase additional capacity
